About Furever Loved

Slide Home is where your pet is We are dedicated to providing a unique, loving and personal experience for each and every pet parent. We cherish the deep connections our pet parents have with their furry family members. Our goal is to make these lasting moments comfortable, gentle and serene. These are the memories we hold onto long after our pets are gone. For us, these small but meaningful moments—often occurring in the comfort of your home—are also a roadmap to the gentle and loving end of a life well-lived.

Slide Connected To You I have had my own loss from various pets throughout the years . What I wouldn’t give to have just one more day, one more hug, one more snuggle, one more moment of them just existing. All the quality of time I’ve shared with my own individual furry family members are integrated into many lasting and core memories over the years. My pets have been present and were there for me through the birth of my children, the loss of both my parents, my graduation, holidays, birthdays and other milestones in my life. So I wholeheartedly understand loss and know the emptiness, sorrow, pain and sadness that follow from losing such an important furry family member. Dealing with the loss of a furry family member is never easy. As a veterinarian I empathize with each and every pet parent as they release their furry friend from pain, discomfort and suffering. My hope is that my service provides closure and peace for the pet parent, the pet parent’s entire family and the eternally loved furry family member.

Slide Just know if you are reading this that you are already making the best decision for your furry family member. They are loved by a compassionate pet parent who wants them to find peace and comfort during their final days. These are the memories we hold onto long after our pets are gone. For us, these small but meaningful moments—often occurring in the comfort of your home—are also a roadmap to the gentle and loving end of a life well-lived.

About Dr. Santore

Dr. Santore graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 2010.  She obtained her BS in Biology from Temple University with a minor in philosophy. She was born and raised in Southwest Philadelphia but lived in Southern New Jersey starting in the middle of high school.  Recently she relocated to Chester County, Pennsylvania to raise her family.  Dr. Santore spent 14 years in general practice working with dogs, cats and small mammals. Briefly, she spent time providing end-of-life care and in home euthanasia services with a corporate owned business.  She has also spent some time teaching for a veterinary technician program as well. Recently, she has performed various relief services locally and even dabbled in telemedicine as well.  Dr. Santore has a passion for senior care and end of life care.  After years of working in many different aspects of veterinary medicine, Dr. Santore is excited to pursue her dream of providing hospice, senior care and in-home euthanasia services to five local counties in Pennsylvania.  In her free time Dr. Santore loves to travel, try various restaurants, exercise, and spend time with her family. She is married to her high school sweetheart husband and has two school age children.  She has two Shih Tzu mix dogs named Hendrix and Stitch currently.  However, she will never forget her other personal pets that she has lost throughout the years that contributed to her true calling of lovingly guiding furry family members over the rainbow bridge.
