Dr Carolyn Santore services are top notch. We had to put one of our dogs down and she was great. She came into our home and was patient with us as we said goodbye to Gunner. Highly recommended.

Dr Santore was just here and helped our baby Bella cross over. She is no longer struggling and the in home experience was wonderful. She is so kind and compassionate and the process was seamless. Our hearts are broken but it was time. Our current Vet practice does not offer after hours euthanasia and we were struggling with this weekend decision. It was the right way to go. I have to say... thank you so much for what you do! You helped us put our first pet Shadow down on black Friday and you were so sweet and caring. It was extremely hard and you made it so comforting. You made sure shadow was at peace and comfortable and you can see how much you care. I recommend you to my friends and family who are going through the same thing we did. Our experience with Dr Santore was above and beyond excellent when she came to our home. The time and care that she took during such a difficult time for our family is something that will stay with me forever. She was compassionate, knowledgeable, kind, and gentle. She made a very emotional and difficult experience as painless as possible for our dog and our family. We even received a card from her in the mail afterwards, which was incredibly touching. Grateful client here: Dr. Santore made an urgent house call to my home in October when no other in-home service could do so for a day or two. We arrived home from an emergency vet hospital on a with the worst cancer prognosis possible for our dog, Rica, who was in pain and terrified. I needed my kids and our other pets to be able to say goodbye to her, so I brought her home so she could leave us peacefully and without anxiety. Dr. Santore came recommended by a friend, and she responded immediately and was here quickly to help Rica over the Rainbow Bridge. Dr. Santore put our beloved Sandy to rest just before Christmas and she was so compassionate and calm. Sandy was a very nervous dog and did not like going to the vet. She didn't like vets coming to her, but Dr. Santore was amazingly calm and clearly understood how to be around a potentially aggressive situation (due to Sandy's anxiety). Sandy passed very peacefully and very quickly. And then, we got a heartfelt card from her in the mail, showing she truly paid attention to Sandy's story and how wonderful she was.
For our other pets, we will contact Dr. Santore without question.
